Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics , or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a sales or business development leadership role within professional services or financial services.
Proven track record in lead acquisition, sales strategy, and closing complex B2B deals.
Strong capabilities in customer relationship management, market analysis, and financial‑sector sales dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to work consultatively with senior stakeholders.
Continuous learner with an interest in emerging trends, technology solutions, and market developments affecting financial institutions.
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s) preferred.
Professional certifications in support of the role.
Experience selling advisory, consulting, or technology-enabled services to financial services clients.
Familiarity with regulatory environments, digital transformation trends, and risk, compliance, or operational workflows in financial institutions.
