Tejjy Inc. is a company specializing in 3D Laser Scanning, Architecture & Engineering, and BIM and GIS Services. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to support US market operations, focusing on generating leads and managing client relationships in the BIM and AEC sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for BIM and AEC services in the US market
- Handle email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and prospects
- Understand client requirements and align them with company services
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals and presentations
- Maintain CRM records and manage sales pipeline
- Work closely with the US team to support business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in business development for AEC/BIM services
- Experience working on US projects or with US clients is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of AEC, BIM, and basic 3D laser scanning concepts
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable working in the US shift (6 PM – 2:30 AM IST)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
- Prior experience in BIM, MEP, or VDC services sales
- Understanding of Scan-to-BIM workflows is an advantage
- Familiarity with US work culture and communication standards
- Strong follow-up and client handling skills
