Own US customer acquisition strategy, driving growth in a high-quality American customer base and reducing CAC over time
Build and scale a referral programme end to end: mechanics, technical setup, A/B testing and continuous optimisation
Develop a community programme that turns customers into active brand advocates, particularly in the US
Own ecommerce CRO: audit the customer journey, implement improvements and track uplift against a clear baseline
Own the setup and management of on-site growth tools within Shopify Plus, including referral programme integrations, email capture optimisation and any conversion-focused functionality required to support acquisition and retention goals
Manage social listening, delivering monthly insight reports with actionable recommendations for the wider team
Deliver monthly performance reporting with clear attribution and forward recommendations
Requirements
Three to four years in growth, performance or retention marketing within a DTC consumer brand
Proven results building referral programmes or community-led acquisition channels
Fluency in ecommerce metrics: CAC, CLV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate and retention
Technical proficiency across GA4, Klaviyo, referral platforms and social listening tools
Self-directed, data-driven and comfortable owning results in a remote, fast-moving environment
Experience with the US market is a strong advantage
