Role Overview
- Responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding client service goals
- Oversee the daily outbound operations of multiple client retail locations and their various components
- Maintain communication regarding special requests from clients and their customers
- Conduct daily onsite store audits to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with fellow peers on daily functions including work allocation, training, and problem resolution
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of last mile distribution and/or supply chain operations experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI
- Ability to learn new technology/software and processes quickly
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary
