Role Overview
- Build Metricool’s social media presence for English-speaking markets, with a US-first approach.
- Execute the content calendar for English-speaking markets.
- Grow Instagram EN organically, with Reels as the main discovery engine.
- Build a LinkedIn audience that actually reaches US social media professionals.
- Monitor performance metrics using Metricool’s own tools and make content decisions based on data.
- Collaborate with the social media team from day one.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of experience managing social media strategies for B2B or SaaS brands.
- Proven track record growing Instagram and/or LinkedIn audiences organically.
- Experience analysing performance data and making content decisions from it.
- Experience working alongside junior team members and providing direction without formal authority.
- English at native or near-native level.
