Lead day-to-day management of social channels with a focus on consistency, quality, and fan engagement
Develop and maintain content calendars that reflect both planned beats and reactive, real-time moments
Ideate and execute platform-native content that taps into action/gaming culture, trends, and community behavior
Write sharp, voice-driven copy that reflects a distinct tone and resonates with a passionate fanbase
Actively manage and engage with the community, including replies, comment moderation, and identifying opportunities for conversation and amplification
Monitor social trends, gaming news, and competitive scenes to inform content and engagement strategies
Partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and partnerships teams to bring campaigns to life
Support live moments (announcements, drops, events) with real-time publishing and community engagement
Track performance and contribute to reporting with actionable insights and optimizations
Requirements
2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
Strong familiarity with gaming culture, especially competitive or legacy franchises and their communities
Deep understanding of platform best practices across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Reddit
Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or gaming
Experience managing active communities and navigating fan conversations in real time
Proven ability to balance planned content with reactive, trend-driven execution
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice quickly
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills
