About this role
Role Overview
Mentor and coach a high-performing team to achieve annual financing quotas.
Execute go-to-market strategies that advance sales cycles with C-suite executives (CEOs/CFOs).
Cultivate executive-level relationships with major customers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders.
Own accurate forecasting and ensure adherence to sales operational best practices.
Provide critical input to New Product Development to accelerate the adoption of financial solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of executive-level sales experience with a proven track record of supporting large, strategic deals.
Deep knowledge of financial markets and structured financing.
Expert-level skills in SFDC (CRM) and Power BI for financial modeling and data intelligence.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization.
Ability to translate IT industry dynamics into compelling financial offers for customers.
