Building a global inventory of existing Griffith Foods products aligned to the Innovation platform, consolidating inputs from multiple regions into a structured database
Analyzing the portfolio to identify similarities, differences, and inconsistencies in product positioning and naming across markets
Collaborating with cross-functional partners, including R&D, to understand product and technology differences and inform portfolio grouping
Conducting external benchmarking to understand how leading companies structure and name product solutions within Innovation platforms
Supporting the development of a draft portfolio architecture, organizing products into clear, logical groupings under the new platform
Supporting the development of a marketing toolkit for the first global portfolio launched under the Innovation platform.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or beyond
Availability to work 40 hours/week for 8-12 weeks during Summer 2026
Willingness to work onsite in Lombard, IL 1 day per week
Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
