Senior Operations Analyst – USD, TFX, ACH Wire Customer Service

Role Overview

• Analyzing day-to-day issues and providing resolutions
• Building new procedures and completing complex analytics
• Creating reports and reviewing exception testing
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying trends
• Developing and enhancing management reporting and dashboards
• Supporting audit and compliance activities
• Coordinating projects related to service quality and operational initiatives
• Collaborating cross-functionally to support risk mitigation efforts
• Reporting on adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year project management experience
• Familiarity with the Bank’s complaint program
• Experience performing operational analysis, reporting, and issue tracking
• Experience creating, updating, or maintaining procedures, job aids, or process documentation
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to support a strong risk and control culture
• Ability to influence and collaborate with partners using data-driven insights
• Experience coordinating efforts to mitigate or remediate risk
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently to identify and analyze issues
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
