Responsible for the design, implementation and assessment of information systems security.
Responsibilities include defining secure infrastructures based on models such as "Zero Trust" to protect information assets from internal and external threats.
Ensures the integration of innovative security solutions into technology environments, performs risk analysis, recommends mitigation measures, develops information security management processes, and produces security advisories.
Provides support to technology solution architects in applying cybersecurity best practices.
This role requires mastery of secure architecture concepts, information security frameworks, and the ability to operate in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Implement reference architectures based on the "Zero Trust" model to strengthen the security posture.
Conduct risk analyses and recommend measures in line with departmental and government guidelines.
Develop, document and draft advisories and position papers aimed at improving the information security posture of systems, protecting information assets and securing IT environments.
Participate in the preparation of business cases and guidance documents related to the information security component.
Support projects and provide operational support in information security architecture.
Participate in the design and evaluation of information security solutions while ensuring their alignment with organizational information security processes.
Ensure compliance with and adherence to standards, directives, guidance and security rules during the design, implementation and operation of technology solutions.
Contribute to the preparation of privacy impact assessment files (EFVP) and to determining the required security clearance levels.
Act as an advisor to development teams, operations teams and users.
Provide knowledge transfer to internal resources.
Requirements
Education: Hold a university degree in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field, or possess an equivalency recognized by government standards.
Hold at least one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CRISC, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, OSCP, CCSK, ISO 27005 Senior Lead Risk Manager, ISO 27032 Senior Lead Cybersecurity Manager.
Required experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the design, implementation and management of information security architectures.
Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing innovative security solutions, such as the Zero Trust model or identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
Have participated in 2 large-scale projects that included securing critical systems, involving complex environments of more than 500 users.
Demonstrate experience implementing protective measures for information assets, including encryption solutions, firewalls and intrusion detection.
Experience deploying security software such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) or EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) solutions.
Have contributed to 2 projects in a cloud or hybrid environment as an information security architect.
