Engineering Manager / Architecture Delivery Lead

WorxAI is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager / Architecture Delivery Lead to drive technical execution and architectural direction across key engineering initiatives. The role involves leading engineering teams, overseeing solution architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality systems aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams and oversee end-to-end delivery of technical projects
• Define and guide system architecture, design decisions, and technical standards
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software systems and platform initiatives
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and scalability
• Identify risks, dependencies, and technical bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
• Mentor engineers and support team growth and performance
• Balance hands-on architectural input with leadership and delivery oversight

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong leadership or architecture experience
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex systems
• Strong background in system design, architecture, and scalable distributed systems
• Experience working closely with stakeholders in delivery-focused environments
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple technical initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in Agile or fast-paced product environments
