Ride a long training for new and underperforming sales reps
Provide coaching and training to improve sales process skills
Analyze individual and team sales metrics for training focus areas
Develop specific training to increase effectiveness in areas for improvement
Partner with sales managers and product knowledge experts
Provide necessary training and support for sales reps
Requirements
Four year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Sales management experience a plus
Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
Five or more years of In-home sales experience
Computer skills and management of computer-based information
