Bachelor's degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or related discipline and 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, Product Design, or a related field.
Experience with end‑to‑end product design execution, including user research, discovery, concept ideation, prototyping, delivery support, and post‑release validation across one or more shipped digital products.
Experience with Figma for design, prototyping, and alignment to a shared design system.
Experience using AI‑powered tools within the design workflow, including prototyping, ideation, or workflow acceleration.
Experience collaborating directly with product managers, software engineers, and related roles as part of an agile or iterative delivery team.
A portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work that demonstrates problem-solving and design thinking.
