Lead the design process from conception through implementation, ensuring a consistent, customer-centered user experience.
Partner with the Product Manager during discovery — transforming inputs from Customer Success and Sales into clear product decisions and actionable items.
Map the current state of the product, identifying inconsistencies, broken user journeys, and opportunities for systemic improvements.
Actively use AI in the workflow: synthesizing feedback, generating design variations, and prototyping micro-interactions and transitions.
Create attractive and functional visual interfaces for web, mobile and native apps.
Guide and validate work with development teams to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications and business objectives.
Monitor feedback and usage metrics to propose continuous improvements.
Create artifacts and rituals with Product Managers and Developers to support a shared workflow.
Evolve the Design System by identifying gaps, proposing new components, and maintaining the library as the product grows.

Proficiency in Figma — both for producing high-quality screens and for communicating design specs.
Strong mastery of UX/UI, including research (qualitative and quantitative), information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, prototyping, interface creation, and facilitation methods.
Experience using AI tools applied to the design workflow.
Experience with Design Systems — both as a consumer and as a co-maintainer.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working on digital products.
