About this role
Role Overview
Drive senior-level (C-suite) engagements with customers across APAC
Understand customer operating models, business challenges, and strategic priorities
Design and facilitate customer discovery workshops (from short assessments to multi-month diagnostics)
Develop consulting proposals and lead diagnostic study teams (2–5 team members)
Support Honeywell leadership on strategic growth and transformation initiatives
Contribute to innovative go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and sales programs
Share best practices and deliver internal training sessions as required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in management, strategy, or operations consulting
Background at a leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or recognized strategy/operations boutique)
Strong client-facing communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives
Proven analytical capability, including business case development and financial modeling
Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, or similar)
Fluent English (business language)
Willingness to travel across the APAC region (up to ~25–30%)
