Characterization of MMICs and RFICs in the microwave and millimeter-wave range (>100 GHz)
Performing on-wafer measurements using wafer probers (e.g., MPI)
Setting up, operating, and optimizing RF measurement stations (VNA including extenders, probe stations, load-pull/noise setups if required)
Conducting and evaluating S-parameter, power, and linearity measurements (e.g., IP3, P1dB)
Applying calibration and de-embedding procedures (TRL, SOLT, LRM)
Analyzing and interpreting measurement results and providing design feedback
Automating measurement sequences and data analysis (Python, MATLAB)
Supporting silicon integration and validation of new designs
Coordinating with internal teams (design, test) and external partners as needed

Degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Technology, Microelectronics, or comparable qualification
Several years of experience (approx. 5–8 years) in the characterization of MMICs/RFICs
Solid knowledge of RF and millimeter-wave measurement techniques (>100 GHz)
Practical experience with wafer probers and on-wafer measurements
Proficient handling of VNA measurements including extenders
Experience with calibration and de-embedding techniques
Experience in measurement automation (Python and/or MATLAB)
Independent, structured working style

Nice-to-have

Experience with load-pull, noise measurements, or characterization of power amplifiers
Knowledge of III-V technologies (GaAs, GaN, InP)
Experience working with external test houses
