About this role

Creation of test cases for: FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing – integration, functional, E2E)
Customer UAT testing
Preparation of test data (in cooperation with analysts and developers)
Test execution: FAT, Smoke tests, Regression testing
Support during customer UAT: Consultations, Explanations, Coordination
Investigation and validation of fixes for production incidents
Participation in Incident & Service Management processes
Support of Release Management: Co-creation of Release Notes, Change validation
Coordination of a small internal QA team (2 testers)
Effort estimation for testing activities in new demands

2–3+ years of experience as a Tester
Strong hands-on experience in manual testing within enterprise projects
Ability to independently create test cases and test data
Experience with integration, functional, and E2E testing
Experience with incident validation and regression testing
Ability to communicate effectively with analysts, developers, and customers
Nice to have: Experience with UAT coordination
Nice to have: Experience working in structured release / incident management processes
