Role Overview
- Work remotely anywhere in the Province of New Brunswick
- Responsible for identifying impacts of new software product releases
- Making recommendations on new functionality that may provide business value to end users
- Providing support to promote strong adoption of the product
- Leading and prioritizing the product backlog with stakeholders
- Creating user stories for implementation
- Ensuring product direction is aligned with organizational goals and strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, software engineering, data engineering, information technology, or a relevant field.
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in technology or as a subject matter expert, with strengths in analysis, product/project delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of IT and its role in enabling business outcomes.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership) are considered an asset.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, such as a 2-year college diploma in a relevant field plus an additional 2 years’ experience.
