Requirements
B.S. in Animal Science, Ag
business, Engineering, marketing or a related agriculture discipline
Minimum of 5 years of sales or applicable experience in the industry (petfood or animal protein rendering industry)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-facing roles
Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate technical data effectively to both scientific and commercial audiences
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; able to balance multiple projects and customer priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders
A collaborative, self-motivated professional who combines scientific curiosity with a drive for business growth.
Experience in building & maintaining relationships with high-priority end users and industry influencers in assigned territories to drive product sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with pet or animal protein rendering customers
Familiarity with quick problem-solving expertise in customer-facing role
