Executing the local editorial calendar as part of a broader growth strategy, ensuring social channels support tactical campaigns and brand trust initiatives.
Running user-level discount programs and vouchers, focusing on ABCD testing to optimize ROI and minimize cannibalization.
Owning the technical setup of in-app messaging (push, inbox message, banners) and campaign tracking within our global MarTech stack (Braze, Talon.One).
Measuring channel incrementality and "uplift" (Cost per PAX). Regularly presenting performance insights to global stakeholders to align on growth playbooks.
Requirements
Proven experience in Lifecycle Marketing and Social Media management.
Strong copywriting skills with a "growth-hacking" mindset (test-and-learn).
Analytical proficiency (ability to interpret cohort data and ROI).
Fluent in English for daily interaction with global product and marketing leads.
