Monitoring the financial overview (P&L, cash, outstanding items
accounts receivable/payable)
Cash flow management, revenue and cost control, preparation of budget and forecast cycles
Optimization of controlling (KPIs, budget vs. actual, unit economics)
Maintaining dashboards and reporting structures (e.g., Google Sheets / BI tools)
Optimizing internal processes (interfaces, responsibilities, SLAs)

Ideally: 1–3 years of professional experience in finance/controlling (start-up, consulting, corporate or scale-up)
Alternatively: very strong practical experience (e.g., relevant internships/student working roles) plus a steep learning curve
You work independently, prioritize clearly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders (founders, sales, partners)
Strong numerical understanding and analytical skills – you think in KPIs, cash and implications
Structured and process-oriented: you build systems that work even during rapid growth
Hands-on mentality: you implement solutions rather than just writing concepts
Confident with tools (Google Sheets/Excel; BI/reporting tools are a plus)
Quick grasp of complex rule sets and contract logic
