About this role

Manage external vendor relationships, including escalating urgent issues and handling ServiceNow tickets
Ensure compliance with corporate policies by developing and maintaining documented procedures
Review vendor invoices for accuracy against the budget
Optimize vendor resources and operations to mitigate risk and reduce costs
Drive efficiency by enhancing well-managed processes while providing exceptional experiences for customers and associates
Collaborate with stakeholders to align project delivery with business objectives
Create and manage tailored process communications, including executive updates

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 3 years of Process Improvement or Project Management experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (Preferred)
At least 4 years of Process Improvement or Project Management Experience (Preferred)
At least 2 years experience working in Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, or Google Data Studio (Preferred)
PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (Preferred)
