You identify levers for generating more leads, improving conversion, and increasing customer satisfaction on our platform
You ensure the customer experience is at the center — from the landing page to contract signing
You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Executive Management
You use KPIs, user data, and market analyses as the basis for prioritization and decision-making
You coordinate frontend and backend developers and ensure the quality of outcomes
You establish structured development processes with clear releases, changelogs, and stakeholder communication

7+ years of experience in Product or Technology
Experience with fast-growing digital business models
You have actively scaled products or platforms
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a tech affinity, or equivalent
Understanding of business logic, funnel optimization, and growth levers
Ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
Structured, result-oriented way of working
Experience with agile methodologies and development teams
Strong communication skills in German and English
