Meet Casualty sales, revenue and assigned objectives
Help develop and implement an overall strategic plan for assigned and new accounts
Identify sales opportunities using a consultative sales strategy
Identify client’s “pain points” and strategically match CCC’s value propositions against them
Identify and qualify opportunities.
Create a pipeline report to track sales cycle
Maintain and grow key account relationships
Maintain and improve client satisfaction through coordinated effort across CCC
Implement required sales process for existing and new accounts
Partner with existing account teams for potential areas of opportunity, but also have the autonomy to set new sales and account planning strategies that yield new business for the organization
Drive collaboration across internal stakeholders at CCC, including product management and product development
Drive and monitor account planning and execution to deliver maximum revenue potential
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree is required
Minimum 5 years’ experience developing value propositions for products and success in product introduction and sales is preferred
10+ years of casualty claims experience strongly preferred, including hands-on bodily injury expertise across carriers, TPAs, and self-administered programs, spanning both operational and strategic roles.
Preferred: Experience working with or advising TPAs, self-insured organizations, or hybrid claims models, including coordination between internal claims teams and external administrators
Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
