Interface and communication: act as a link between cross-functional teams and commercial leadership;
Participate in and lead strategic meetings and forums with senior leadership;
Articulate information and insights clearly and concisely to facilitate decision-making;
KPI management and monitoring: serve as the focal point for monitoring key KPIs related to market and wholesale sellers;
Ensure the reliability of tables and reports, creating alerts and action plans in collaboration with other analysts and commercial leaders;
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support strategic decisions;
Artificial Intelligence and innovation: demonstrate interest and curiosity in AI, with a willingness to learn and apply innovative solutions;
Identify opportunities to apply AI to optimize processes and generate strategic insights (technical expertise is a plus);
Planning and execution: perform PMO functions, ensuring the organization and execution of strategic projects and initiatives;
Work alongside commercial planning teams to create data-driven action plans and strategies;
Insight generation: analyze data and produce insights that facilitate decision-making across cross-functional areas;
Propose improvements and innovations based on technical and strategic analyses.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to create and maintain reliable tables and reports.
Solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and interact with different departments and hierarchical levels.
Proactivity and ability to lead strategic meetings and forums.
Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to learn and apply innovative solutions.
Previous experience in commercial planning or similar roles.
Experience in dynamic environments with frequent interaction with leadership.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
