DRIVE SALES & TECHNICIANS – You will coordinate 6 salespeople and 4 technicians without direct disciplinary authority. You request updates, follow up when a lead stalls, and prioritize measurement slots by urgency. Your goal: convert more leads into signed contracts.
CUSTOMER CONTACT BY PHONE – Follow up on open quotes, prevent cancellations during the withdrawal period, and reschedule appointments. The phone is your default channel. You secure concrete follow-up appointments or obtain clear rejections. No limbo zone.
COVER ABSENCES – Sales reps sick or on vacation? You step in immediately: review the pipeline, reassign leads, and inform customers. No lead remains unhandled for more than 48 hours.
ORGANIZE ONBOARDING – New technicians are onboarded via standardized group calls. After each installation you coordinate the training/handover appointment. Nothing gets lost in the backlog.
Requirements
PROCESS OWNERSHIP – You have at least 2 years’ experience owning an end-to-end process: operations, service dispatch, inside sales, or project coordination in B2C service.
PHONE-FIRST ATTITUDE AND TENACITY – You pick up the phone before you start typing. You won’t be brushed off, you’ll pursue a difficult case for three weeks, and you don’t take cancellations personally. Open cases stay on your radar.
INFLUENCE WITHOUT AUTHORITY – You have guided experienced colleagues without being their manager. Sales and technical teams are different worlds; you can work effectively with both. You assert yourself without giving in and without escalating immediately.
50+ CASES IN PARALLEL – You have a system for managing many concurrent cases with different stakeholders and deadlines. You can always state what is open and what will happen next.
