Role Overview:
The Collections Representative I is an entry-level position responsible for contacting customers with past-due balances to arrange payment, resolve billing issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role serves as a foundational step in understanding collections operations and company policies.
Qualifications
▪ Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
▪ Experience: Customer service or collections experience preferred.
▪ Key Competencies: Analytical, Ability to meet deadlines, Attention to Detail, Ability to work Independently, Strong Communication skills, Problem-solving skills, Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM system

Salary Range: $17.43 - $20.00/hour
