Role Overview
- Entering and coding receipts in QuickBooks Online
- Matching bank and credit card transactions
- Making sure expenses are categorized correctly
- Performing basic bank and credit card reconciliations
- Keeping records clean and easy to follow
- Flagging anything that doesn't look right and asking questions when needed
Requirements
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience with Buildertrend is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail, the kind where nothing slips through the cracks
- Able to work independently and stay on task without needing to be chased
- Reliable, consistent, and easy to communicate with
- Bonus points if you've worked with construction or job costing before
