About this role
Role Overview
Identify market and business opportunities in the real estate and facility management sector across the DACH region and develop and implement customized customer strategies
Acquire new customers via phone, video calls, social selling and face-to-face meetings to sell our REM & CAFM software CareOffice
Conduct professional negotiations with decision-makers
Build and maintain long-term business relationships across the DACH region
Prepare comprehensive proposals and solution concepts tailored to customers' needs and their application landscape (in collaboration with technical colleagues)
Work closely with inside sales, project managers, product owners, development and marketing
Represent the company at trade shows, events and on social media
Requirements
Several years of practical experience in sales management and business development, including establishing new markets and revenue responsibility, plus a strong interest in gaining deeper expertise in the digitalization of real estate and facility management
Technical education; additional training in sales or business administration is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and negotiation ability
A strategic, networked mindset, entrepreneurial instinct and high self-motivation
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
Proficient with software (Windows, Office, ERP, REM/CAFM preferred)
Very good Swiss German/German and good English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region (primarily Switzerland and Germany)
