Proactively generate new business opportunities with new and existing clients

Requirements
At least one year of cold outreach experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
University degree in Business Administration (e.g., TUM-BWL), Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Analytical skills to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals, exceed targets, and work with a results-oriented mindset
Confident presence, strong self-assurance in your abilities, and a proactive, self-directed work style
Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and possess business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
