Read and understand all items in client contracts;
Be responsible for maintaining client management routines and act as the main point of contact for the operation;
Be responsible for escalating issues to the appropriate levels to resolve day-to-day problems and conflicts;
Have knowledge and the ability to manage contract communications, leading the process and interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables (creative, DBM, CRM, Performance, Activation);
Coordinate internal communication flows with different teams: creative, front-end, DBM;
Manage quality indicators to ensure operational efficiency;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience in roles involving regular client contact;
Experience with digital platforms and CRM systems;
Knowledge of customer support operations (back-office support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets).
