Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential clients in target markets
Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured and personalized cadences
Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
Provide continuous feedback to marketing, product, and the Business Managers team regarding objections, demands, and lead fit
Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
Manage pipeline accurately, updating contacts, statuses, and notes in a disciplined manner
Create and refine cadences, scripts, and templates with a focus on conversion
Work together with our sales team to generate business opportunities
Contribute to achieving team results.

Hands-on experience as a BDR
Proven track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pains and needs
Previous experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS
Proactivity
