Creating and maintaining schedules and budgets, including detailed project cost calculations
Ensuring the quality of project team performance, monitoring capacity utilization, and guaranteeing first-class project execution
Actively collaborating within our competence teams to drive innovation and best practices
Taking responsibility for pre-sales activities, including solution design and customer interaction
Mentoring and leading young professionals as well as providing technical guidance to consultants
Continuously developing hard and soft skills to ensure team growth and expertise.
Requirements
Several years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects, including hands-on expertise in an SAP Line of Business (LoB)
Deep understanding of integration processes and profound knowledge of the SAP system landscape
Independent, customer-oriented, and solution-driven working style with a strong interest in new technologies
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology
Experience with additional project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2) and strong interest in agile methods (e.g., SCRUM)
High flexibility and willingness to travel as needed
Strong interest in open, constructive teamwork
Business fluency in German and English.
