Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements related to Open Finance solutions
Translate business needs into clear, complete, and traceable requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications)
Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA, security, and business areas
Ensure adherence to the standards of the Brazilian Open Finance ecosystem (governance, security, consent, APIs, and data)
Support the definition and validation of consent flows and user journeys
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews)
Perform impact analysis in response to regulatory changes and functional evolutions
Support functional testing, UATs, and homologations
Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring end-to-end traceability

Experience as a Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst in technology projects
Experience with Open Finance / Open Banking, preferably in the Brazilian context
Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs
Requirements modeling (User Stories, BPMN, UML – desirable)
Requirements elicitation with technical and business stakeholders
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Prior experience in regulated environments (strong plus for the financial sector)
Strong communication and organizational skills, with an analytical profile
Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or payments (advantage)
Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and information security
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Working knowledge of system architecture and microservices
Experience with standardized and interoperable APIs
