Role Overview
- Support day-to-day AP and AR activities while gaining hands-on experience with financial systems and processes
- Assist with documenting existing AP workflows and identifying process improvements
- Support vendor management activities, including assisting with the transition of vendors
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Operations teams to support vendor setup
- Enter invoices into financial systems, including Serrala and QuickBooks
- Assist with the distribution of AR invoices to customers
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn new systems
