About this role
Role Overview
Partner with the JLL Account Director, Regional Director and the JLL Operations leadership team to develop the account’s IFM strategic operating plan
Participate in global/regional planning to develop portfolio strategies and fostering client relationships
Collaborate with Account Leadership and Client to develop goals, objectives and focus areas
Prepare impactful presentations that advance our delivery model
Advance the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves
Lead by example in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Provide tactical operational facilities support, oversight and performance
Manage all Client regional workplace experiences and facilities services activities
Ensure all properties are operated and maintained in accordance with local, state and national requirements
Oversee regional continuous improvement initiatives
Effectively manage communications across regions/geographies
Accountable for the accuracy and timely updates to facilities services and account systems support tools
Provide project facilities support and technical input for projects scope of work
Available 24/7/365 in support of the customer’s business operations
Requirements
8-10+ years’ experience in facility and operations leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering or similar field
Advanced knowledge of Workplace Experiences, Facilities Management industry best practices and tactical application
Knowledge of commercial real estate, project management and real estate finance fundamentals
Exemplary Client Relationship Management skills
Proven time management and delegation skills
Strong analytical ability, judgment, problem-solving and crisis management skills
Must be technically proficient in basic computer applications, CMMS, Microsoft Office, Power Point, Visio and Microsoft Teams software
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
