Be the GBS DevEx Evangelist
Lead enterprise-wide adoption of DevOps tooling aligned with banking compliance and audit standards
Partner with engineering teams to understand workflows and introduce compliant DevOps patterns
Conduct onboarding, maturity assessments, workshops, and continuous training
Act as the primary advisor for internal customers, gathering feedback and aligning roadmaps
Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, Architecture, and CI/CD Platform teams
Track adoption metrics, compliance adherence, and productivity improvements
Drive cultural change toward automation, observability, and resilient delivery
Support regulatory audits through documentation and standardized processes

Graduation / Post Graduation
20 Years + experience
Strong understanding of DevOps, secure SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering
Experience with enterprise DevOps tools (GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Proven experience in Customer Success, Technical Program Management, or DevOps Adoption
Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement
Experience of working in a data centric environment or enterprise solutions in large organizations.
