About this role
Role Overview
Develop strategic plans in collaboration with AbbVie's accounts and key stakeholders in hematology across Canada.
Facilitate coordination of effective regional field team meetings.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of client relationships.
Identify market growth opportunities and recommend strategies.
Effectively manage the overall budget and resource allocation across accounts.
Conduct quarterly business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Oncology therapeutic specialists.
Anticipate business issues and propose solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing.
Strong experience and a solid understanding of the oncology market.
Preferably, in-depth understanding of strategic/institutional accounts in hemato-oncology.
Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding commercial targets.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
