Role Overview

• Actively source and engage talent for the organization through outbound recruiting efforts
• Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
• High‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment for some clients, requiring ongoing engagement with candidates over several months
• Host multiple webinars per week , which requires strong communication and public speaking skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable with public speaking , especially in webinar presentations
• Proficiency with: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Google Workspace (G Suite)
• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
