Actively source and engage talent through outbound recruiting efforts and various digital platforms
Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
High-volume, long-cycle recruitment for some clients, requiring ongoing candidate engagement
Host multiple webinars per week, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills
Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent
Respond to inbound referrals and employment inquiries and convert them into interviews
Conduct recorded video interviews, screening, and applicant testing
Coordinate and conduct several interviews per day
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs
Submit applications and maintain accurate candidate documentation
Assist with background checks and reference checks
Track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain complete and up‑to‑date records in internal software systems
Transfer and organize data for analysis, reporting, and presentations
Support the Staffing Coordinator in facilitating the hiring process
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
Proven ability to manage high‑volume, long‑cycle recruitment while maintaining candidate engagement
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Comfortable with public speaking, especially in webinar presentations
Proficiency with: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (G Suite), Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
