The DSO Key Account Manager plays a central role in building and maintaining sustainable relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and 3Shape reseller partners across the DACH region
Focus on proactively identifying sales opportunities, developing strategies, prioritizing action plans, and successfully executing a relationship-driven, consultative sales approach
Develop sales strategy and business plans based on consultative selling
Manage customer relationships across the entire customer lifecycle
Responsible for selling and promoting all 3Shape products to DSOs as well as group, mid-market, multi-site, and emerging-market practices
Measure success by sales performance, achievement of targets and KPIs, and the level of implementation, adoption, and utilization of 3Shape dental solutions
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the dental industry with a dental distributor or manufacturer, with a proven track record in dental equipment sales
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with DSOs and a strong network within the trade and customer segments
Established and resilient relationships with reseller partners
Solid understanding of dental clinical workflows
Excellent organizational skills and strong execution capability
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at different levels
Structured and persuasive verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills
Experience in a consultative, relationship-driven sales organization
French language skills are a plus

Travel requirement: Up to 70% domestic travel, occasional international travel (particularly to Denmark)
