Role Overview
Service Excellence: Own the Jira Service Management queue, ensuring hardware and software requests are resolved with speed and a smile.
Identity & Platform Admin: Act as a key administrator for our core suites, including Okta , Google Workspace , Jira , and Confluence.
Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process. You’ll ensure new joiners are ready for Day 1 and that security is maintained when departures occur.
Apple Fleet Management: Use Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager to keep our macOS devices secure, updated, and perfectly configured.
Asset Mastery: Maintain a source of truth for our hardware inventory, ensuring our tracking sheets and MDM tools are always in sync.
Knowledge Sharing: Build out our internal and self-service "How-To" guides in Confluence to help the whole company scale.
Requirements
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a dedicated IT Support or Helpdesk role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
The Apple Expert: Strong familiarity with the macOS ecosystem and hardware troubleshooting.
Tech Stack: Practical knowledge of Jamf Pro , Okta , Google Workspace , and Jira/Confluence.
Network Savvy: Experience configuring and troubleshooting UniFi or similar networking tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (mandatory); you can explain complex tech to non-techies with ease.
