Act as the primary support to the CEO in developing both the supply and demand sides of our marketplace.
Collaborate with the CEO to define our go-to-market strategy and customer engagement approach, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
Help shape the company’s long-term strategic vision, working closely with the C‑level team to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation across all business areas.
Provide operational support across the company, tackling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as priorities evolve.
Support preparation for upcoming fundraising rounds and help maintain investor relations.
Assist in managing relationships with key partners at the C‑level.
Collect customer feedback on our products and conduct product demonstrations.
Contribute to expanding Carovo’s footprint in Business Development and Product.
Requirements
Completed or currently enrolled in a degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
Interest in gaining insight into the different areas of an early-stage company and potentially preparing to found your own venture.
Interest in sales, or a willingness to learn and excel in sales.
Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Analytical mindset, well organized, and enthusiastic about automation.
Strong communication and prioritization skills.
