Role Overview
- Independent responsibility for managing grocery accounts at retailers such as REWE, EDEKA and Kaufland
- Optimize product distribution and establish secondary placements
- Increase product visibility and sales
- Work closely with store managers, department heads or business owners
- Acquire new stores for the product range
- Implement innovative and modern sales concepts
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or degree with a focus on sales/distribution
- Several years of professional experience in FMCG sales or on the retail side
- Confident manner when dealing with retail customers
- Ability to present convincing commercial/business arguments
- Engaging and dynamic personality
- Assertiveness and strong problem-solving skills
- Committed work ethic and self-initiative
- High degree of flexibility and mobility
