About this role
Role Overview
You identify and contact potential new customers based on your research, our marketing channels, and lead generation
You actively support prospective customers during the free trial period and through their first steps in Artesa
You maintain and grow customer relationships through regular telephone and digital communication
You assist your sales colleagues in preparing and following up on sales conversations and presentations
You create and update KPIs in our CRM to ensure a smooth flow of information
You work closely with our marketing team to optimize and execute lead-generation strategies
You work closely with our development team to further develop our solution with a customer-centric focus
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and/or initial professional experience in sales
ideally in the B2B software sector
Excellent communication skills
High self-motivation
Understanding of the craft industry — or willingness to learn it
Enjoyment of developing sales processes further
Fluent in German — spoken and written
Team player
