As a trainee, you will support our team on exciting customer projects in Retail & Services.
Step by step you will take on responsibility for digital projects and gain an understanding of the diverse industries of our clients.
You will support the team in developing and implementing digital solutions (apps, portals, process workflows) for international clients.
You will help to understand customer requirements and translate them into initial solution concepts and digital processes.
You will contribute to presentations, proposals, and client meetings and gain insight into day-to-day project work.
You will assist in planning and coordinating projects and, together with the team, keep track of deadlines.
You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers and take on your first independent tasks.
You will monitor market and technology trends and support analyses as well as the identification of new opportunities and potentials.
You will support the identification of upselling and development opportunities with existing clients and help to develop suitable approaches.

University degree: Bachelor or Master in Business Administration or Business Informatics — or currently pursuing one.
Ideally, first practical experience in an IT, digital, or project environment.
Convincing and confident presence.
Affinity for digitalization and the associated technical implementation.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent German and English language skills.
