You will actively drive the expansion of our customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and acquire new customers for our DISPONIC software solution.
Independently identify leads, build qualified lead lists and develop sustainable customer relationships — by phone, email and digital channels.
Responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial qualification through software demos and proposal preparation to contract closing and structured handover to customer success.
Strategically manage and develop our existing customers, identify revenue potential and successfully implement upselling and cross-selling measures.
Present DISPONIC during on-site meetings, presentations and decision-maker sessions with key accounts and prospects across the DACH region.
Business Development & Growth (approx. 20%)
Design, organize and host webinars and online presentations.
Actively contribute to and further develop sales and marketing materials.
Work closely with customer success and product development, providing customer feedback to drive customer-centric enhancements of DISPONIC.
Support trade shows, events and marketing campaigns to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
You have a degree in business/economics or a technical field, or a comparable commercial/professional qualification.
You have several years of experience in selling B2B software solutions.
You bring strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in complex digital products and processes.
You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a high level of personal responsibility and a strong solution
and results-orientation.
You are willing to travel and value face-to-face interactions with customers and partners on site.
