Role Overview
- Further development and maintenance of our internal tools in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel (VBA, various APIs and AI technologies)
- Designing and implementing new product ideas together with management
- Maintaining and documenting our internal processes and systems
- Evaluating new technologies and tools that make our work more efficient
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Access, Excel and VBA
- Experience working with APIs is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong organizational skills and initiative
- Ambition to implement long-term solutions
- Strong communication skills and team spirit – serving as the link between IT and daily agency operations
