About this role
Role Overview
Focus on improving sales effectiveness, efficiency, and collaboration across our sales teams
Be responsible to Deliver to an assigned Sales quota from a predefined set of accounts (Territory) for the fiscal year with quarterly predictability
Manage pipeline, and forecast accurately
Build, maintain, and complete the Territory plan
Execute per the sales strategy by leveraging the Channel ecosystem
Build and maintain key C-Level relationships across customers
Requirements
Postgraduate with over 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management
A strong people leader who can encourage, motivate, and lead a complex organization
Ability to develop, communicate, and present new ideas and proposals
Highly quantitative and analytical skills to identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions
