About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for the complete and timely processing of monthly payroll for our clients
- Advise and support clients on all payroll and employment law matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements in payroll processing
- Analyze and optimize existing payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor and train junior team members and take on complex special projects in the payroll area
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as well as labor law
- Experience using common payroll systems and HR software
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
